http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/247

The protection of flanges with self-locking corrugated polypropylene sheets in the oil and gas industry is an innovation aimed at ensuring the integrity of equipment exposed to adverse environmental and operational conditions during storage at construction sites. The main objective of this project is to develop an effective solution for flange protection using this material that ensures the reduction of mechanical damage and corrosion in severe environments. Additionally, it aims to minimize operational costs by reducing the frequency of maintenance and component replacements, enhance operational safety by mitigating risks of accidents related to handling and structural failures of flanges, provide greater efficiency in the installation and removal of protections to make inspection processes more agile and practical, and contribute to sustainability by developing a product that combines chemical and mechanical resistance with lower environmental impact. Flanges, used to connect pipelines and other components, are susceptible to corrosion and mechanical damage, compromising the safety and performance of installations. This material provides an effective barrier against corrosive agents, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and extending the lifespan of systems. This research employed a bibliographic review of scientific and technical literature on corrugated polypropylene sheets, automated cutting technologies, and occupational safety standards, with the goal of supporting the feasibility of the proposed solution. Field analysis was conducted through direct observations and interviews with workers at GranService, aiming to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the sheet-cutting process, using tools such as Ishikawa diagrams and SWOT analysis. These protective covers are lightweight, easy to install and remove, providing practicality in component inspection and replacement, thus speeding up maintenance processes and improving operational safety. Additionally, this type of protection has high chemical and mechanical resistance, making it an economical and environmentally friendly solution for the industry, where asset protection is crucial for the continuity of operations and cost reduction.
Lucas Barros dos Santos AndradeFátima Rúbia de Matos Dias Nogueira

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/267

Entity Resolution (ER) in streaming Big Data environments demands dynamic, low-latency indexing architectures capable of resolving high-dimensional user profiles without incurring the computational overhead of complete index reconstruction. Conventional tree-based incremental indexing systems are fundamentally constrained by their inability to operate over semantic vector spaces, while Locality-Sensitive Hashing (LSH) blocking paradigms exhibit pronounced sensitivity to hash collisions, generating noisy candidate blocks that degrade downstream matching quality. This article proposes a unified, real-time incremental entity resolution framework engineered for multi-view academic user profiles. The proposed architecture integrates three synergistic components: (i) an incremental LSH-SimHash blocking layer that projects multi-view profile representations into candidate buckets while preserving high-dimensional angular relationships within a compact binary signature space; (ii) independent Hierarchical Navigable Small World (HNSW) graphs maintained within individual LSH buckets, functioning as localized approximate nearest neighbor (ANN) search engines that eliminate global structural reconstruction upon profile arrivals; and (iii) an Adaptive Candidate Selection (ACS) strategy that prunes retrieved neighbor sets using a multi-criteria scoring function jointly evaluating vector cosine similarity, graph neighborhood structural consistency, and cross-view semantic alignment. Comprehensive empirical evaluations conducted across three large-scale benchmark datasets—the Academic Profiles Dataset, the North Carolina Voter Registration Dataset, and the OZ Synthetic Dataset—demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves a peak F1-score of 96.84% while maintaining sub-4 ms end-to-end query resolution latencies and a stable, predictable memory footprint, consistently outperforming established tree-based and dynamic approximate blocking baselines across all evaluation dimensions.
Atika BadaouiDjamel Eddine ZegourWalid Khaled HidouciAmin Riad Maouche

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/298

This article aims to understand how the pathological use of social media affects users' mental health. In contemporary society, technology plays a significant role in social connectivity due to the ease of connection in the virtual environment. According to Turkle (2012), the act of “living connected” protects individuals from feelings of loneliness and helplessness, resulting in a reluctance to disconnect and in difficulties developing social relationships outside social networks. Digital dependence can be conceptualized as an irresistible desire to remain connected, irritability when away from one's cell phone, an inability to disconnect, and the prioritization of virtual life over offline interpersonal relationships (Fortim & Araújo, 2013). The abusive and excessive use of technology has numerous negative effects on users' lives, such as social distancing, reduced sleep quality, poorer nutrition, and lower academic and professional performance (Abreu et al., 2017). This narrative literature review was theoretically grounded in national and international scientific articles, without establishing a specific publication period. Searches were conducted in databases and journals indexed in LILACS, SciELO, PePSIC, PubMed, and Google Scholar, focusing on studies addressing digital addiction and factors negatively affecting mental health.
Lorena de SouzaDanielle Lima de Carvalho FontesElaine Macedo Bacelar

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/218

Introduction: Obesity is a chronic condition linked to various diseases and high mortality. With the increase in cases in Brazil, bariatric surgery has been an effective alternative for weight loss and control of comorbidities. However, this procedure can cause nutritional deficiencies, especially of vitamin B12, whose absorption is impaired. A lack of this vitamin can lead to megaloblastic anemia, affecting neurological and hematological health. For this reason, adequate supplementation in the post-operative period is essential. This study highlights the importance of vitamin B12 in preventing anemia and promoting public health. Objective: To analyze the importance of vitamin B12 in patients undergoing bariatric surgery Methodology: This study is based on qualitative and exploratory research through a literature review, with the objective of analyzing the importance of vitamin B12 supplementation in patients undergoing bariatric surgery, especially in the prevention of megaloblastic anemia. Data was collected from books, specialized journals and scientific articles available on databases such as Pubmed, SciELO, LILACS and Google Scholar. Results: Vitamin B12 is essential for metabolic and neurological functions and is mainly obtained from animal foods. After bariatric surgery, its absorption can be impaired, resulting in deficiency and the risk of megaloblastic anemia. This condition compromises the production of red blood cells and affects the nervous system. Adequate B12 supplementation is therefore essential to prevent complications and maintain patients' health. Conclusion: The analysis of the data concluded that vitamin B12 supplementation is essential for the prevention of megaloblastic anemia in bariatric patients, due to the anatomical and physiological changes that compromise its absorption. Cobalamin is essential for the synthesis of DNA, the production of red blood cells and neurological functioning, requiring individualized monitoring in the post-operative period. Route choice should reflect clinical severity and absorption.

Mary Fernanda OliverMason Martinez

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/301

Early intervention in autism has become increasingly possible due to earlier identification, beginning as early as 18 months of age. Identification has been based on specific difficulties in orienting toward social stimuli, social eye contact, joint attention, motor imitation, and symbolic play (Baron-Cohen et al., 1992). Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with an early onset, characterized primarily by impairments in reciprocal social communication and social interaction, as well as restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, or activities (Almeida et al., 2021). It is estimated that ASD affects approximately 1% of the population and is four times more prevalent among males than females (Christensen et al., 2016, as cited in Griesi-Oliveira & Sertié, 2017). Screening during early childhood and the early identification of risk signs are essential. Robust scientific evidence indicates that the earlier treatment is initiated, the better the outcomes in terms of cognitive and language development, thereby increasing the likelihood of a more favorable prognosis (Almeida et al., 2021).

Heloisa Carvalho CostaGeorge Felinto da Silva

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/299

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder that causes serious harm to the mental health of both the patient and their family members, particularly when the patient refuses treatment involving medication and psychotherapy. Risperidone is one of the most commonly used medications; however, it is up to the physician to determine the best antipsychotic for the clinical condition of the vulnerable patient. In a letter presented during a WHO board meeting—marking World Health Day, commonly observed on May 24—UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon outlined an action plan to create better conditions and services for those affected by mental disorders, emphasizing the importance of family support for improved treatment and quality of life. Addressing the issue of schizophrenia, the organization highlighted that approximately 21 million people with the disorder suffer adverse effects on their mental well-being and quality of life, with many living in areas where health services are inadequate.
Wergson de Souza BarrosAurylene Andrade

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/256

Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease characterized by inflammation of the lower airways, leading to reversible narrowing of the bronchi. The main symptoms that commonly manifest include wheezing, chest discomfort, and dyspnea, among others. Treatment is used to control the disease, as there is no cure for asthma. The disease is controlled through the use of corticosteroids, which reduce inflammation of the lower airways, and short- and long-acting B2-adrenergic agonists, which relax the bronchi. To present the profile of patients with asthma treated at the pharmacy of the 9th Regional Health Department of Paraná. The methodology employed was based on the collection of data from treated patients, in accordance with the Ministry of Health’s clinical protocol and therapeutic guidelines for asthma. The data were obtained from reports extracted from the Exceptional Medications System (Sismedex), which is part of the Specialized Pharmaceutical Care Component of the Unified Health System (SUS). The variables collected were sex, age group, and duration of treatment in the 9th Regional Health District. A total of 460 patients were included in the study, predominantly female. When broken down by duration of treatment, an increase in treatment adherence was observed, as 21.5% (n=99) had started treatment less than one year prior. Regarding age group, patients in their sixties were the most common, accounting for 57% (n=262) of patients. The study indicated that the disease is more prevalent among patients in their sixties, and adherence to asthma treatment is more common among women.
Edvaldo ToninRafaela Dal PivaAline Preve da SilvaSheila Caroline Vendrame MaikotGabrielle Racoski Custódio PillatiSirlei RamosAdriane de Souza FenglerCaroliny MatincJorgete TomazettiLuana Carvalho SaraivaMarcela Rodrigues LimaRodrigo de Andrade CamposSidemar William Mayer

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/266

Older adults have a higher number of medical conditions and, consequently, a higher consumption of medications. On the other hand, they are individuals who, due to their age, may have various needs, such as cognitive and visual needs, among others. The present study aimed to assess older adults’ knowledge of the pharmacological treatments they are currently using. The researchers observed how patients recognize their medications, dosages, indications, adverse reactions, and dosing schedules. A cross-sectional, analytical, field study was conducted with 50 older adults at a retail pharmacy in rural Paraná. The level of understanding was determined by analyzing the agreement between the respondent’s answers and the information contained in the medical prescription regarding: medication name, dose, frequency, indication, and adverse effects. It was observed that older adults lack knowledge about the medication’s name, as well as its adverse effects and special precautions for administration. However, regarding the dose to be administered and the timing of administration, the study yielded satisfactory results, with the majority of older adults demonstrating knowledge of these parameters. It is concluded that strategies must be implemented to increase older adults’ understanding of their pharmacotherapy. Treatment is more effective and safer when administered correctly.
Edvaldo ToninSirlei RamosAna Carolina Ruver-MartinsJorgete TomazettiSheila Caroline Vendrame MaikotLuana Carvalho SaraivaKatlin Fernanda de AraujoSaulo PereiraEduardo Neves da Cruz de Souza

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/300

The intensive use of social media by adolescents has led to significant changes in behavioral patterns, especially regarding attention and concentration. In this context, this study aims to analyze the impacts of frequent consumption of short-form content, such as Reels, on adolescents' cognitive processes. The research problem is guided by the following question: what are the effects of frequent use of such content on attention and concentration in this population? The methodology is characterized as a bibliographic research with a qualitative approach, based on scientific articles, books, and recent studies available in databases such as SciELO and PubMed. The results indicate that continuous exposure to fast and highly stimulating content may contribute to reduced attention span, increased distraction, and difficulties in maintaining focus during prolonged activities. Furthermore, a relationship was observed between excessive use of these platforms and changes in brain reward mechanisms. It is concluded that frequent consumption of short-form content may negatively impact adolescents' cognitive development, highlighting the need for conscious use strategies.
Vanusa Batista da SilvaGeorge Felinto da Silva

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/286

Objective: To examine learning, retention, and willingness indicators for school emergencies using public aggregate data to inform Brazil’s Lucas Law. Methods: Quantitative documentary research combined secondary analysis and deterministic modeling. Seven international studies published between 2014 and 2026 were purposively selected; four supplied the core analytical data. Calculations included percentage-of-maximum scores, preservation of initial knowledge gains, intersection bounds, and nine training-capacity scenarios. National planning used the rounded figure of 178,800 schools from the 2025 School Census release. Results: One longitudinal study reported an initial gain of 11.2 points on a 37-point scale. Aggregate means preserved 67.0%, 64.3%, and 50.0% of that gain at six, nine, and 48 months. A study published in 2026 reported knowledge, attitude, and self-reported practice means of 72.6%, 95.7%, and 77.6% of their scale maxima. Adequate knowledge and favorable attitude marginals from another study implied an intersection between 5.9% and 41.1%. Planning scenarios ranged from approximately 0.358 to 4.291 million annual training participations. Conclusion: The analysis supports multidimensional evaluation and transparent capacity planning, without estimating Brazilian educators’ competence or legal compliance. The methodological contribution is to quantify identification uncertainty and propose interoperable aggregate reporting.
Éder Júlio Rocha de AlmeidaMárcio Meira BrandãoPriscila Luiza MelloLeila Vaz da SilvaMeline Rossetto Kron-Rodrigues

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/293

This paper analyzes the express constitutional principles and the material and interpretative limits imposed on the action of the Police Chief in the preparation of the police investigation, and the search for investigative efficiency cannot override the fundamental guarantees of the investigated person (Lopes Jr., 2023). As it is the initial moment of criminal prosecution and devoid of full adversarial proceedings, the police investigation concentrates the greatest risk of violation of fundamental rights (Lima, 2023). The general objective is to analyze the explicit limits imposed on the action of the police authority. As specific objectives, it seeks to identify the material limits, restricted proceedings due to jurisdiction reserve, use of force and integrity with prohibition of self-incrimination (nemo tenetur se detegere - art. 5, LXIII, CF), temporal deadlines (art. 10, CPP and art. 5, LXXVIII, CF) and unavailability (art. 17, CPP) which prohibits the police chief from archiving records (Marques, 1997; Tourinho Filho, 2023) - and the interpretative limits - strictly informative nature, prohibition of exclusive conviction based on the investigation (art. 155, CPP) (Lopes Jr., 2023; Nucci, 2023) and reading of defensive rights with the lawyer's access to evidence already documented (art. 7, XIV, Law 8.906/94 and Binding Precedent 14, STF). The methodology is qualitative, deductive, bibliographic and documentary, based on the doctrine of Marques (1997), Tourinho Filho (2023), Capez (2023), Lima (2023), Lopes Jr. (2023) and Nucci (2023) and on the jurisprudence of the STF and STJ. It is concluded that respect for material and interpretative limits and for express constitutional principles is a condition of legitimacy of the police investigation and a guarantee of the right to a fair trial, under penalty of nullity and liability for abuse of authority (Law 13.869/19).
Cledoaldo Guedes da SilvaDaniella Tavares Iori Luizon MirandaSamuel Francisco da Silva

2026-10-012026-10-011020e20293e20293The Principle of Hierarchy of Legal Norms in the Judicial Function
http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/252

This article examines the principle of hierarchy of legal norms in the exercise of the judicial function. The contemporary state is governed by the principle of legality, a fundamental element of the rule of law, ensuring effective protection of fundamental rights and freedoms. The concept of law encompasses all legal norms in force within the state legal order, regardless of their source. Given the multiplicity of normative sources, whose production is not limited to a single state authority, conflicts between norms are likely to occur. Consequently, it is necessary to identify a principle that simultaneously ensures coherence and harmony among all legal norms that constitute the state's legal order and resolves normative conflicts. Legal doctrine and, subsequently, jurisprudence have established the principle of hierarchy of legal norms as an essential mechanism for such purpose, recognizing it as a constitutive element and guarantee of the rule of law. This study analyzes, through qualitative, descriptive, and comparative methodology, the hierarchical structure of written norms (constitutional, international conventional, legislative, and regulatory) and unwritten norms (principles of Islamic Sharia, customary norms, natural law, and general principles of law), examining the position of each category within the normative pyramid and the legal consequences of their application by the judicial authority.
Boulahia AbdelhamidMansaf Filali

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/253

The contemporary era is marked by an unprecedented technological revolution in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), with autonomous systems progressively integrated into critical sectors including public administration, healthcare, transportation, and essential infrastructure in Algeria and globally. This massive integration raises profound legal challenges, particularly concerning the application of classical tort liability frameworks to autonomous and opaque algorithmic entities, notably deep learning systems that evolve beyond their initial programming. This article examines, through a comparative perspective, the adequacy of the Algerian legal framework (Articles 124, 125, 138, and 140 bis of the Algerian Civil Code), French law (Article 1242, paragraph 1, of the French Civil Code), and European Union regulations (the proposed EU AI Liability Directive) in addressing damages caused by AI systems. Employing a qualitative and comparative analytical methodology, the study demonstrates the structural insufficiency of the traditional elements of tort liability—fault (faute), causation (lien de causalité), and subjective accountability—when confronted with the decision-making autonomy and algorithmic opacity of the "black box." The article concludes that an imperative legislative reform is necessary to establish a strict liability regime grounded in risk theory, coupled with the implementation of a mandatory insurance system to guarantee full victim compensation and legal certainty in the context of digital transformation.
Chaabna Imen

2026-07-212026-07-211020e20253e20253Disciplinary Accountability of Judicial Officers in Algerian Law: A Framework Analysis
http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/265

The disciplinary liability of judicial officers in Algeria constitutes a specialized accountability mechanism wherein professional sanctions are imposed upon dereliction of statutory or regulatory duties during the execution of judicial functions. Such liability arises from violations including non-compliance with enforcement procedures, breach of professional confidentiality, abuse of public authority, or conduct involving negligence and dereliction that undermines the dignity and integrity of the profession. Grounded normatively in the concept of professional fault rather than demonstrable harm, this framework authorizes a graduated spectrum of disciplinary sanctions ranging from formal warnings and reprimands to temporary suspension and permanent disbarment, contingent upon adherence to procedural safeguards guaranteeing the right to defense. The disciplinary accountability regime serves three pivotal systemic objectives: ensuring the proper functioning of the justice delivery apparatus, maintaining public confidence in the integrity and competence of judicial officers, and safeguarding the ethical independence of the profession. This article examines the legal and institutional architecture governing disciplinary liability under Algerian Law No. 06-03 (as amended by Law No. 23-13), analyzing its constituent elements, procedural guarantees, sanctioning mechanisms, and appellate pathways, while critically evaluating the normative balance between professional discipline and due process protections.
Mili Assia

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/281

This article examines the question of civil liability for damages caused by artificial intelligence systems and digital tools through a comparative analytical study encompassing contemporary European legislative developments and the Algerian civil law framework. The study reveals a structural deficiency inherent in the classical rules of civil liability—whether in the provisions governing the custodian's liability for things or in product liability regimes—when confronted with the adaptive characteristics and operational autonomy that define intelligent systems. This deficiency generates acute evidentiary dilemmas, particularly in light of the "black box" phenomenon, thereby placing victims' rights at serious risk of irremediable loss. By contrast, European legislation—embodied in the Artificial Intelligence Act of 2024 and the updated Product Liability Directive (EU) 2024/2853—adopts a flexible strict liability regime that reconfigures the boundaries of proof through legal presumptions and broadens the scope of compensable damages. Algerian legislation, conversely, remains anchored in concise traditional provisions that neither accommodate the dynamics of algorithmic code nor recognize the causal presumptions necessary to protect injured parties, thereby necessitating comprehensive and systematic legislative reform.
Djouabi Fella

2026-08-232026-08-231020e20281e20281The contractual liability of travel and tourism agencies for the acts of third-party service providers: a comparative legal study
http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/282

The rules governing the contractual liability of travel and tourism agencies traditionally centered on their obligation to execute the tourism program agreed upon with the tourist-client, holding them accountable primarily for personal fault causing harm to the tourist. However, this framework has evolved significantly. In the contemporary era of technological advancement, specialization, division of labor, and sophisticated tourism services, travel agencies—as specialized professionals—increasingly rely on third-party service providers (hoteliers, carriers, restaurant operators) to ensure the safety and quality of tourism services delivered to the tourist-consumer. This development has given rise to a new legal concept: the contractual liability of travel and tourism agencies for the acts of third-party service providers who execute contractual obligations, particularly in package tours. Once this liability is established, it enables the client to seek compensation directly from the agency rather than pursuing the service provider, given the agency's proximity to the client, their direct contractual relationship, and the client's familiarity with the agency.
Himeur Zelikha

Karrout Fadila

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/246

This article aims to analyze the policies and practices of inclusive education in a private higher education institution, focusing on students in situations of social/economic vulnerability. The question of this research is how institutions promote the inclusion of these students, taking into account aspects such as access, permanence, quality and equity. We support and endorse the theoretical aspects in authors who address the concepts of inclusive education, social vulnerability, higher education and public policies. As a method, qualitative research was carried out, composed of a bibliographic review in the SciELO database and an observation in a private higher education institution in the Federal District. However, the research analyzes the participation and self-confidence of students from different socioeconomic conditions in higher education. We observed that students in situations of social vulnerability have more difficulty in expressing themselves better and are less confident, mainly due to the social barrier faced by these students who are scholarship holders in a private education institution. We conclude that inclusive education in higher education still faces challenges and limitations, but also presents possibilities and advances.
Nancy Moreira VasconcelosDanilo da CostaPricila Kohls-Santos

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/270

This article is an excerpt from the doctoral thesis titled “School Inclusion of Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Challenges and Pedagogical Practices in Basic Education” (2026), presented to the Doctorate in Educational Sciences program at Universidad Del Sol (Paraguay). The study aims to examine the intersection between teacher training and the implementation of inclusive methodologies in the regular school system of Catunda-CE, seeking to understand the barriers to the full development of these students. Methodologically, the research is qualitative and descriptive, structured as a case study involving two students with ASD, seven teachers, and five caregivers. Data collection included participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The results highlight a gap between legal frameworks and school practice, characterized by a “formal inclusion” in which 100% of the surveyed teachers lack continuing education in the field, leading to the pedagogical isolation of the student. It is concluded that effective inclusion requires urgent investment in professional qualification and the structuring of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) to guarantee the right to meaningful and equitable learning.
Auriana Mesquita Farias

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/296

This research analyzes the impact of educational games on the development of socio-emotional skills in children aged 4 to 5 at the “Stabile” Basic Education School in Guayaquil. The study employed a quantitative, descriptive, and field-based approach, utilizing a checklist administered to 33 children from the "Initial II A" group. It examined prospective aspects—specifically highlighting the importance of gross motor play—to determine their impact and effectiveness regarding the children's emotional maturation. The instruments used included surveys for teachers and parents, as well as an observation rubric for the children. The results demonstrated that, although children participate in play activities, these activities do not serve the functional purpose of supporting frustration management, the expression of emotions among peers, or skills such as taking turns, recognizing feelings, and exercising emotional control. Likewise, teachers and guardians viewed the incorporation of play-based strategies positively, approaching them as tools or resources for fostering emotional development in early childhood. Based on these findings, it is concluded that educational games serve as an effective pedagogical resource for fostering children's socio-emotional development when implemented in a planned and sustained manner, with the aim of achieving specific objectives related to socio-emotional skills.
Shirley Vanessa Chalen GalarzaAlexandra Irrazabal BohorquezJeremy David Barros FernándezMaría Leonor Santander Villao

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/290

Reisado constitutes an important Brazilian popular cultural manifestation, characterized by expressions of music, dance, theatricality, and religiosity, and transmitted across generations through oral tradition and community coexistence. In the context of quilombola communities, this practice assumes a relevant role in preserving ancestral memory and strengthening cultural identity. In this regard, the present study aimed to understand the Reisado in the Custaneira Quilombola Community, located in the municipality of Paquetá-PI. The research adopted a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach, with data collected through semi-structured interviews as well as documentary analysis. The results demonstrated that Reisado is understood by the participants as an expression of ancestry, belonging, cultural resistance, and preservation of the quilombola tradition, being maintained primarily through family and community transmission. Furthermore, it was observed that although the manifestation remains active among different generations, it faces challenges related to a decline in interest among some of the youth and a lack of institutional support. Reisado plays a fundamental role in maintaining the collective memory, cultural identity, and the valorization of the intangible heritage of the studied quilombola community.
Taynara Maria Andrade dos SantosMaria Andrielle Alves de MouraJanaína Alvarenga AragãoLaéssio Alvarenga AragãoPatrícia Ribeiro VicenteErmínia Medeiros Macêdo DantasFábio José VieiraEvandro Alberto SousaRoselis Ribeiro Barbosa de MachadoThays Vitória Andrade dos SantosGeovana dos Santos BarrosLuciano Silva FigueiredoCaio José de Sousa Silva

2026-09-232026-09-231020e20290e20290Beyond Doing Good: ESG Metrics, Impact Finance, and the Reconfiguration of Public Education
http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/222

Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks and impact-finance instruments are increasingly presented as pragmatic ways to mobilize private resources for public purposes. In education, these arrangements extend beyond private provision: they introduce targets, outcome payments, investment criteria, and reporting systems into the governance of public and publicly oriented programs. This article asks how ESG and impact-finance frameworks can reshape educational priorities even when the volume of private funding remains modest. A critical narrative review was conducted through purposive analysis of 14 scholarly and institutional documents published between 2003 and 2026. The corpus connects the genealogy of ESG, research on financialization and asset-manager capitalism, evidence on education impact bonds, and scholarship on privatization, performativity, and quantification. The synthesis develops the concept of metric-mediated privatization and proposes a three-mechanism model. Translation reduces plural educational purposes to indicators that can be compared and contracted. Selection privileges interventions, populations, and time horizons that can produce attributable and auditable results. Dependency gives funders, intermediaries, and evaluators influence over providers through conditional finance, standards, and reputational visibility. These mechanisms form a recursive cycle in which measured outcomes justify new standards and future allocation decisions. The review does not imply that measurement, partnerships, or private resources are intrinsically harmful. It shows, however, that technical accountability can silently redistribute authority unless public institutions retain control over goals, metrics, data, evaluation, and exit conditions. The article concludes with governance safeguards and an empirical research agenda for distinguishing useful supplementary finance from arrangements that subordinate educational judgment to investor-oriented definitions of value.
Tatiana Raquel Vieira Silva

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/259

Inclusive Education, from the perspective of Special Education, constitutes one of the main pillars of Brazilian educational policies aimed at guaranteeing the right to education, equity, and the appreciation of diversity. This study aimed to analyze, based on the Brazilian scientific literature, the advances, challenges, and future perspectives of Inclusive Education from the perspective of Special Education, identifying thematic trends, methodological gaps, and implications for public policies and educational practices. Methodologically, this is a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive study based on a systematic literature review, using content analysis of scientific publications produced between 2010 and 2025 in Brazilian academic databases. The findings reveal significant normative advances, an expansion of research on teacher education, Specialized Educational Assistance (SEA), accessibility, and assistive technologies, as well as a strengthened understanding of Special Education as a cross-cutting educational modality integrated into mainstream education. However, persistent challenges remain, including insufficient teacher preparation, regional inequalities, limited educational resources, fragmented intersectoral policies, and the gap between legal frameworks and their effective implementation in schools. It is concluded that the consolidation of genuinely inclusive education requires continuous investment in public policies, democratic school management, curriculum reorganization, expanded accessibility conditions, and stronger integration between scientific research and pedagogical practice. This study contributes to advancing the academic debate on Inclusive Education and provides evidence to support researchers, policymakers, and educators committed to building more equitable, democratic, and socially inclusive educational systems.
Maria Luciana da Silva FariasVanessa Ramos Vieira MouraIzabel Serejo LimaLaura Mirian de Almeida Muniz FeijóMaria Rosely Soares MoreiraMaria Cláudia Santos Aguiar

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/262

Educational public policies play a strategic role in organizing education systems and promoting the holistic development of students in Brazilian Basic Education. In recent decades, regulatory frameworks and government programs have highlighted the need for an educational approach that goes beyond cognitive development by encompassing the social, cultural, ethical, and emotional dimensions of human development. In this context, this article aims to analyze the contributions of educational public policies to promoting holistic development in Brazilian Basic Education, identifying the main advances, challenges, and future perspectives discussed in the scientific literature. This qualitative study was conducted through a bibliographic review based on national and international scientific publications, as well as legal and policy documents that guide Brazilian education, including the Federal Constitution of 1988, the National Education Guidelines and Framework Law, the National Education Plan, and the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). The literature review highlights advances related to expanding access to education, strengthening teacher education, implementing curriculum policies, and reinforcing the concept of holistic education. However, significant challenges remain regarding regional inequalities, educational funding, policy implementation, and the promotion of equity throughout the educational process. It is concluded that achieving holistic development requires articulated and continuous public policies supported by adequate investment, strategic planning, systematic evaluation, and institutional commitment to ensure inclusive, democratic, high-quality public education that fosters students' full development and contributes to building a more just society.
Bruna Martins PamponetFrancisco José Paiva Vieira PordeusRaphael Ferreira Bonifácio da SilvaFrancisca Joncylana Ferreira Bonifácio da SilvaSônia Bastos Sousa de OliveiraNathalie Chaves Barros Cardoso

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/271

Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) have expanded the possibilities for organizing teaching and learning experiences, particularly by fostering more personalized, interactive, collaborative, and student-centered practices. This article analyzes the potential of DICTs for learning, with an emphasis on personalization, authorship, and collaboration, based on recent Brazilian scientific literature. This qualitative, exploratory, and bibliographic study was conducted through a content analysis of five scientific articles published in Brazilian journals between 2023 and 2025. The corpus was examined through thematic categories, considering recurring patterns, convergences, and distinctive features identified across the studies. The results indicate that DICTs can foster the personalization of learning pathways by accommodating different learning paces and needs, while also enhancing student autonomy and agency. The analysis further shows that practices involving the production of videos, podcasts, blogs, and other digital content strengthen student authorship and diversify forms of expression, whereas virtual environments and collaborative activities expand opportunities for interaction and the shared construction of knowledge. It is concluded that the educational potential of DICTs lies less in the technology itself than in its intentional and pedagogically grounded integration into educational practices.
Francisco José Paiva Vieira PordeusVanessa Ramos Vieira MouraMaria Rosely Soares MoreiraStefania Rodrigues de SousaMarcus Américo Lavor CruzMaria Cristiane Costa dos Santos

2026-08-102026-08-101020e20271e20271After innovation: abandonment, maintenance, and reappropriation of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTS) in schools
http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/272

A The presence of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) in public schools has often been associated with pedagogical innovation, the expansion of teaching possibilities, and the transformation of educational practices. However, the implementation of equipment, platforms, and digital resources does not ensure their continued use in everyday school life. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence the continuity, abandonment, maintenance, and reappropriation of DICTs in public schools, considering aspects related to infrastructure, teacher training, technical support, school management, and pedagogical planning. Methodologically, a qualitative multiple-case study is proposed, involving the analysis of school documents, implementation projects, observation of technological spaces and equipment, and a survey of available and effectively used resources. The study seeks to understand the circumstances that lead certain technologies to remain in use, become underutilized, be abandoned, or be re-signified by school stakeholders. It is hypothesized that the sustainability of the pedagogical use of DICTs depends not only on their availability but also on the articulation between material conditions, institutional monitoring, continuing teacher education, and users' appropriation. The study intends to contribute to understanding the life cycles of educational technologies and to developing strategies for monitoring their pedagogical use.
Bruna Martins PamponetNathalie Chaves Barros CardosoReviane Vládia Barboza CordeiroSônia Bastos Sousa de OliveiraSocorro Angelica Marques da SilvaAna Patricia Macedo Rocha

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/277

This study investigates teacher praxis in hyperconnectivity scenarios, focusing on digital literacy, BNCC Competence 5, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). The objective is to systematize the Brazilian scientific production published between 2024 and 2026 that articulates technology, curriculum, and teacher training. Methodologically, it is based on a qualitative approach of systematic literature review, analyzing high-tier articles selected from databases such as SciELO and the CAPES Journal Portal. The findings indicate that the integration of technologies requires critical curatorial competence to mitigate structural challenges and risks of cognitive overload. The emergence of AI introduces ethical tensions regarding authorship and informational sovereignty, requiring teacher literacy to incorporate algorithmic literacy. It is concluded that pedagogical innovation resides in ethical and intentional mediation, capable of reframing the curriculum for human well-being and emancipation from technicism.
Andre Luis Rocha de AraújoMaria Luciana da Silva FariasIzabel Serejo LimaLaura Mirian de Almeida Muniz FeijoRegina Débora da Silva Lopes FernandesRenata Maria da Cunha Silva

http://portalcoleta.com.br/index.php/rcc/article/view/278

This review article analyzes the architecture of literacy in Ceará under the aegis of the Literacy at the Right Age Program (PAIC) and its updates. The problem lies in the dichotomy between official statistical success and the tensions in daily school life concerning teacher autonomy and the social quality of teaching (Costa, 2016; Moreira et al., 2025). The general objective is to investigate the impacts of this policy on teacher training and mediation through structured materials (Silva & Haiashida, 2026). The theoretical framework is based on the conception of literacy as a right and a social practice (Soares, 2024) and the cultural-historical perspective (Vygotsky, 2001), considering the educator as a socio-historical subject. Methodologically, the State of the Question approach was adopted (Nóbrega-Therrien & Therrien, 2021), mapping recent academic works that discuss the effectiveness of the model. The findings indicate that while the PAIC has significantly mitigated school illiteracy (Moreira et al., 2017), the "measuring-evaluation-information" logic and didactic standardization often compromise teacher authorship and the depth of literacy practices in favor of performative goals (Costa, 2016; Silva & Haiashida, 2026).
Carlos Eugênio Mendonça da Cunha FilhoAndre Luis Rocha de AraújoMaria Luciana da Silva FariasMaria Cláudia Santos AguiarAna Carla Costa dos SantosReviane Vládia Barboza Cordeiro
